  • VIVO TV's fan platform will allow for deeper interaction between the creators and their fans through two-way communication and exclusive content.
  • b.stage provides monetization opportunities for content creators concerned about the sustainability of their businesses.
SEOUL, Korea - June 1, 2023 - Song Eun-i and Kim Sook, creators and hosts of the popular Korean podcast VIVO TV, have created a new fan community using b.stage, a SaaS fandom platform builder developed by bemyfriends. Following the construction and unveiling of their new building earlier this year, the creators are now focusing on improving their online presence in order to connect with the podcast’s fans.

Called Vivozangzidae, VIVO TV's b.stage (vivozangzidae.com) is a platform for the podcast's fandom (also known as "Ddaeng-ddaengi") that centers on community and content. Unlike the official homepage, b.stage enables two-way communication between fans and stars, allowing for the creation of more dynamic and in-depth content.

Fans who visit Vivozangzidae will be able to interact with the creators in various ways, such as by submitting stories for the podcast, participating in surveys, and consuming behind-the-scenes content. The podcast hosts will also sell merchandise such as towels, socks, and key rings directly from their SHOP on b.stage, which supports shipping to 208 countries around the world. As b.stage is an all-in-one solution, fans are able to enjoy a more convenient and richer fandom experience with the fan community and shop all in one place. VIVO TV has also relied on the expertise of bemyfriends' IP business team in the development of official merchandise.
To celebrate the opening of the new fandom platform, the creators will host a fan event lasting from today, June 1, to June 14. Fans who sign up for Vivozangzidae will receive two tickets per person to the "VIVO Show - Original 2023" performance.

"VIVO TV has been able to grow for over eight years thanks to the love and support of our fans," says Song Eun-i, CEO of Content Lab VIVO. "We are delighted to have a space to communicate more closely with our fans via b.stage, and we will work hard to keep them entertained through more active communication and other fun plans."

"Content creators are constantly looking for new ways to increase their revenue in order to improve the quality of their content and build a sustainable business," says Brice Lee, co-CEO of bemyfriends.  "b-stage, the all-in-one fandom solution developed by bemyfriends, provides a solution to their struggles. Based on our expertise and know-how in the fandom business, we will actively support VIVO TV in building deeper relationships with fans through b.stage and successfully monetize their IP."

b.stage, a SaaS solution developed by bemyfriends, offers a wide range of features such as content management, fan community building, global eCommerce, and live streaming in one place. As it is an all-in-one solution, b.stage owners can pick and choose which features suit their business needs when creating their own bespoke fandom platform. Several owners from various fields including music, entertainment, esports, media, and content have chosen b.stage as their go-to fandom business solution.
