Tickets are a must-have when hosting events with your fans.
You can use tickets as a tool to not only plan, but also improve the experience of fan events and make them more meaningful. That is why we are excited to say we have added a ticket feature to b.stage, our all-in-one SaaS fandom platform builder.
Now, fans can reserve event tickets using the 'Tickets' feature on the SHOP page on b.stage. That means there is no need for fans to leave your b.stage to use external booking sites. Just one b.stage is enough for everything you need for your fandom business.
Introducing b.stage Tickets!
What are the benefits of tickets in b.stage?
1. You can create tickets on the b.stage platform
Both owners and fans can stop relying on external booking sites.
2. You can customize the ticket conditions according to your own needs
b.stage tickets make it easier for you to host fan events. Using the ticket feature, you can set the date, time, location, number of people, price, and participant level for your event.
3. Ticket sales can be connected to memberships
You can use tickets as a way to give exclusive benefits to members.
4. You have full access to event data
Data is essential to your fandom business. b.stage is a solution that guarantees full data ownership to the platform owner. With access to event data like total revenue, the total number of ticket sales, and first time purchases, you can keep track of fan engagement trends to prepare for your next move. Are fans not responding well? Then you can think about doing more publicity. Are the events doing well? Great, host more events!
5. Make memories available to your fans.
Saved purchase records can serve as a historical record for fans to view their past activity.
How to Use b.stage Tickets?
So, how can you use the ticket feature in b.stage?
Here’s how:
"Make tickets for offline events."
"Give fans with reserved tickets the right to watch concerts online (live streaming)."
"Create members-only tickets without going through external sites."
How to get started with b.stage tickets?
Here is how to get started with tickets on b.stage.
STEP1. Start Page
In the admin page, go to [PRODUCTS] - [DIGITAL PRODUCTS] - [DIGITAL VOUCHERS AND TICKETS] - [ADD] to start creating tickets.
Examples :
- Choose 'Fixed-Period Tickets' if it is an invitation ticket that allows fans to access the event flexibly within a one-month period of time set by the owner.
- Choose 'Fixed-Date Tickets' if it is an exhibition ticket that allows the fan to select a date within a one-month period of time.
- Choose 'Fixed-Time Tickets' if it is a ticket for a fan meeting only on the specific date and time set by the owner.
But, wait a second...
What is the difference between 'Vouchers' and 'Tickets'?
With Vouchers, fans can use the ticket immediately after purchase,
while the Tickets can only be used during a fixed period of time set by the owner.
STEP2. Detailed Description
You may attach an image with details about the event, or write information about reservation/cancellation regulations in the text box.
Check out how to add additional information in Step 3 and Step 4. Make sure to answer any questions your fans might have so they don't get confused and so you can keep them up to date.
STEP3. Sales Settings
- Payment Method: In this step, you can select between “Purchased Products” and “NFT/Token authentication”. In other words, you can choose whether to enable card payments or NFT/Token Authentication. To make it convenient for your fans, we recommend card payments.
- Options: You can set the date, price/quantity, and participant level (adult or teenager). You can set different prices based on the ages of the participants.
Some settings cannot be changed after the price has been revealed to fans.
Due to difficulties in making changes to the ticket settings, we recommend you choose your settings with care to earn the trust of your fans.
STEP4. Additional Settings
In the additional settings, you can increase fan engagement by modifying the timing of when tickets go on sale and for how long.
- Conditions for Cancellation: Set a time limit for when cancellations are no longer permitted to encourage fans to participate and avoid same-day cancellations.
- Purchase Restrictions: Prevent members from making multiple purchases.
- Visibility/Sales Options: Options for immediate visibility/scheduled visibility/no visibility, continuous sale/scheduled sale/end of sale for tickets.
Create multiple scenarios by combining various publicity and sale options.
- Points: Provide point benefits to fans who express their love and interest through event participation.
STEP5. Confirmation
You are all set! After checking that all the options are as you want them, click the [APPLY] button to create your ticket.
