Introducing the new update
- b.stage POPs come in two types: Chat POPs and Live POPs.
- During the Chat POP, stars are now able to send photos and fans can save them.
- You can send photos up to 10MB in size and in these formats: JPG, PNG, or HEIC.
Quick tutorial: How to use b.stage POP
STEP1. Start a Chat POP in the app
Owner-Star | In the app, tap the POP icon at the top right of the b.stage Home. Then choose 'Chat POP’ to start a b.stage POP. (Please note that you can't send photos during a Live POP.)

Owner-Star | Click on ( + ) to send a photo from your phone.
Fan | View photos shared by the star, and either respond to them or save them for later.

STEP3. Monitoring
Owner-Star | During the POP, you can hide a photo in the chat by long-pressing it and selecting 'Hide this message.' Note that the star can only monitor while the POP is active.
Owner - Administrator/Operator | It is also possible to hide photos from the admin page, which the administrator/operator can monitor both during and after the POP.

STEP4. Exiting the POP
Fan | After the POP has ended, you can continue to view the photos in the History Room.

- Previously, you could communicate using text and emoticons during Chat POPs, but being able to send photos allows for more flexible communication.
- Sending photos provides fans with exclusive content from the star.
Keep in mind
- b.stage POP is an app-only feature, available from versions v.8.6.0 (Android) and v.8.6.0 (iOS).
- It is not possible to send photos in Live POPs, as you should give your full attention to the live video feed.
- Only the "star" profile who started the POP can send photos. Other "star" profiles (e.g., co-workers or members) can only receive photos like a fan at this point.
