b.stage has been visited by global fans from more than 170 countries (as of January 2023). To make your fan experience even more seamless, we've introduced a translation feature into b.stage POP, our real-time communication feature within the b.stage app. If you've ever been curious about a star's message, engaging in meaningful conversations is now easier than ever.

Introducing the new update
- You can see the translation of the message from the star both during the POP and after the POP.
- Currently, we support six default b.stage languages—Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Spanish. Additionally, we offer automatic translations in over 100 languages to broaden your experience.
- The automatic translation will be provided in the language set on the fan's device.
Quick tutorial: How to use b.stage POP
STEP1. Join the star's Chat POP from your app
Fan | In the app, tap the POP icon located in the top-right corner of the b.stage home, or enable push notifications to stay updated on ongoing b.stage POPs. Dive into the conversation as it unfolds in real time.

Fan | To see a translated message from a star while in a Chat POP, simply tap the [A/文] icon at the top. Before you do, be sure to follow the guidelines, as enabling the translation feature may consume data and require storage space.

- Fans who speak languages not originally supported by b.stage are now encouraged to engage in fan activities.
- Global fans can now understand the star's message without having to translate it themselves.
- It's also easier for stars to communicate with their global fans in their own language.
Keep in mind
- This is an app-only feature, available starting with b.stage versions v.8.6.0 (Android) and v.8.6.0 (iOS).
- The translate feature is only available during Chat POPs.
- All messages sent by Star will be translated.
- When you first set up translations, data is only used to download the language model. After that initial download, no further data usage occurs.
