Introducing b.stage Survey
  • You can use it as both an application form and a survey.
  • To determine the order of the survey responses, the application time is displayed in milliseconds. This feature can be particularly handy for surveys operating on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You can add a consent form for use of personal information directly into your survey.

* Here's how to receive applications for public broadcasts using b.stage Survey!

STEP1. Add a survey
Owner - Administrator/Operator | From the Admin Page menu, go to [Content] > [Surveys/Polls] > [Add +] > [Surveys].


STEP2. Write a survey announcement
* We've included a sample announcement as an example to make the process easy to follow.
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Begin by crafting an appealing announcement on your "Welcome Page.” It’s important to include details about what applicants can expect during the application process. This way, you can provide fans with a clear and reasonable explanation of the application criteria at a later stage.


STEP3. Edit the survey form
Owner - Administrator/Operator | In the "Edit Survey" section, make sure to fill in all the necessary items for the public broadcast application, such as name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email, and consent to use personal information. Do not forget to add the "Consent to Use Personal Information" item, as gathering personal information is necessary for public broadcast applications.




 
STEP4. Limit participation
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Under "Participation Conditions," you have the option to make voting open to everyone or exclusive to your membership fans. You can also choose to allow only SMS-verified members to participate.


STEP5. Enable “Show Participant Status”
Owner - Administrator/Operator | In Settings, consider enabling “Show Participant Status” under “Replies.”
When fans complete a survey, they'll see a message that informs them about their position in the queue, which is especially helpful if you're conducting a first-come, first-served survey.


STEP6. Complete the survey registration
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Follow the guidelines provided to configure your survey, including establishing participation limits and adjusting settings.
Fan | Depending on your notification preferences, you might receive an email, an app push notification, or you can visit b.stage and locate the survey under [HOME] or [CONTENT].


STEP7. Confirm fan participation on a first-come, first-served basis
Fan | Make sure to check your confirmation message to see where you stand! Your number in line is based on milliseconds.
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Select the fans on a first-come, first-served basis. Then, you can reach out to either all or the selected fans to provide further details about participating in the broadcast.

  1. Surveys accumulate fan data, enabling a deeper understanding of who your fans really are.
  2. Membership SMS verification to prove fan status can be used to limit survey participation. This encourages fans to sign up for membership and verify their identity.
  3. The space for describing survey content is highly user-friendly and easily editable.
  4. In cases of limited application slots, the system ensures fairness as the ordering is determined by milliseconds.


Keep in mind
  • Currently, fans can only participate in each survey once per account (as of September 2023).
  • By displaying participant numbers and statuses publicly, first-come, first-served surveys offer a fairer way for fans to monitor progress.
  • If you receive responses that include personal information, make sure to enable "Consent to Use Personal Information."
