Advance your branding with the custom Section feature

ENKR
Add custom Sections to your b.stage to reinforce your branding
When overwhelmed with tasks or ideas, it is vital to prioritize.

That's exactly why we've introduced the Section area to the Main Home screen on b.stage. The new feature empowers you to curate content in a way that aligns with your current priorities, by adding sections for content, products, feeds, banners, brand covers, and widgets. In doing so, you can ensure that that major events and offerings are front and center for your fans when they visit your b.stage. So why not take the opportunity to personalize your b.stage home screen?

Introducing the b.stage Section area
  • The Section area offers a variety of templates, including highlighted content, SHOP products, the latest content feeds, and slide banners, which you can divide using section dividers
  • In addition to the default options, you can also add a brand cover of your choice and strategically place social links and buttons to enhance your page.
  • It's also possible to add a widget for integration with X (Twitter).
  • You can move and customize both the section itself and the content within it.

Quick tutorial
STEP1. Admin Page - Enter [Main Home]
When you access the Admin page and go to [Main Home], you will see a (+) button appear as you hover your mouse over the preview area. Click this button to experiment with adding a section.

STEP2. Add and edit the sections

You will be presented with a section area for each type of content, design, and widget you can add. Feel free to click on [Edit section] to customize each section to suit your needs. Each section can also be customized differently for mobile and PC views.

  • Content
In “Content,” you have the option to arrange your content in either a horizontal or vertical list, and you can also add highlights from your Star Stories as separate sections. Take the time to fine-tune the details, such as the featured image, title, description, and links, to create a personalized experience.

:전구:Hold on! Let me show you how to transform your content list section into a "Member Introduction" section.
After you've added the "Content - Horizontal List" section, proceed with the following steps to edit it: Go to [Edit Items] > [List Elements] > [Shape], and then select the “Circle” option. Here, you can upload a headshot for each item. You also have the option to link these to each member's social media channels or a link for purchasing b.stage POP vouchers.
  • Product
- Of course, you can also add SHOP product sections as either a horizontal or vertical list.
- At this point, you have the option to toggle on or off features such as descriptions, prices, links, and thumbnails to customize what appears on the main homepage.

  • Feed
- This section displays the items (content) you've added, sorted by the most recent. You have the option to pin specific items to the top or filter them based on type, tag, and other criteria to control their visibility.
- When adding a Feed in the middle of a section, consider enhancing it by adding a "More" button through a detailed edit. This can be achieved by navigating to the "Feed" section, then selecting [Edit section] > [Design] > [More settings] > [Button click].

  • Banner
- You have the option to add up to 12 banners, allowing users to flip through the slides. Feel free to customize the banner sizes and transition effects to suit your preferences.
- If you have a banner section added, it will maintain its position and be visible even if no banners are set. Please either remove the banner section or add banners as needed.

  • Cover
- The brand cover area provides a canvas to express the unique personality of your b.stage with the use of images and videos. You can also incorporate a logo, bio, social links, and buttons.
:전구:Hold on! Let me share a handy tip on how you can turn your Brand Cover into a section.
  • Use it like a social links section → Keep only the social links and turn off all other settings
  • Use it like a video section → Place a video in the background and turn all other settings OFF
  • Use it like a button section → Leave only the button and turn off all other settings
  • Use the entire screen as a banner → Set the video as the full background and place a single button (e.g., Buy)

  • Divider
- Try separating sections with lines.

  • Social Embed
- By integrating your X (Twitter) account, you can directly display posts from X right on your b.stage. Transform your b.stage into a content hub and capture the social buzz all in one place.

STEP3. Done
Here are some example use cases for sections on b.stage.

Use Case 1. The pop band One Island has centralized all news related to the band on their b.stage, making it a one-stop destination for fans. Additionally, the social integration with X (Twitter) ensures that real-time updates are also available directly on the b.stage.
  • Brand Cover Section (Basic) - Image background, social links, and buttons
  • Social Integration Section - X (Twitter)
  • Feed section

Use Case 2. One Island is currently on a world tour, and they've strategically shifted the focus of their fandom business to highlight this monumental event. To capitalize on the buzz, they've prominently featured their exclusive content, "Behind the Scenes at the 2023 World Tour," on the main home of their b.stage, ensuring fans have front-row access to all the behind-the-scenes action.
Horizontal List Contect section - Video content placed in the CONTENT menu via "Import Items"

What has improved?
  1. You can enhance your branding with expanded sections on your b.stage Home.
  2. With social embeds, you can now leverage your b.stage as a comprehensive content hub.
  3. It's easier to reorder sections and content.
  4. You can place key events front and center on your b.stage, so your fans can know about them right away.

Keep in mind
  • Available from b.stage v.9.3.0.
  • In horizontal or vertical list sections of content and products, you can import content information through the [Import Items]. However, please note that any later changes, edits, or deletions made to the original content will not be reflected in the item's information within the list section.
  • If you choose to place a “Feed” in the middle of a section, it is important to include a “See More” button. If you do not, the items in the Feed section may infinitely expand as users scroll through it.
  • The integration of X (Twitter) via widget is a premium service exclusively available to PLUS customers. You can access this feature immediately after upgrading your plan.
