Dplus KIA Launches Summer Season Passes with Stronger Fan Benefits as Platform Visitors Double in Four Months

SEOUL, Korea - June 5, 2024 - The esports team Dplus KIA has announced it will begin selling membership season tickets with b.stage, a total fandom business solution, on June 5, in anticipation of the 2024 LCK Summer season. Following the success of the first official membership in the spring, which saw a more than twofold increase in global fan engagement on the platform, this season's membership will offer even greater benefits for fans.


Since the launch of the club's membership fandom platform (dpluskia.bstage.in) on b.stage in January, ahead of the first game of the LCK Spring 2024 season, the organization has been actively engaging with its fans. Using the b.stage Star Story feature, popular players such as Hwang Seong-hoon (Kingen), Choi Yong-hyeok (Lucid), Heo Su (Showmaker), Kim Haram (Aiming), and Kim Hyeong-gyu (Kellin) communicate directly with global fans and showcase the squad's various charms through exclusive, membership-only content. Unlike other platforms, this unique approach allows direct interaction between athletes and fans. As a result, the number of global fans visiting Dplus KIA’s b.stage has more than doubled in just four months.

The summer season tickets are available in two tiers: 'Platinum' and 'Basic'. These tickets offer a variety of benefits, including reserved seating for the entire 2024 LCK Summer Season. Fans who purchase the Season Ticket will also have the exclusive opportunity to meet the players during the off-season. In addition to the Season Ticket, the monthly membership will continue to operate as a way to interact directly with the players, enjoy exclusive content and merchandise, digital rewards, attend offline events, and more.

Before the start of the summer season, Dplus KIA's Heo Soo (Showmaker) expressed his gratitude to fans, stating, "b.stage is a window to express my gratitude to the fans who always support me. I will visit b.stage more often to give back to my fans."

Similarly, Choi Yong-hyuk (Lucid) shared, "At first, I felt embarrassed and awkward sharing my story with fans, but now I truly enjoy communicating with global fans through Star Stories," showing his appreciation for the global fandom.
