Use b.stage Schedule to Engage Your Fans as Partners

ENKR
What is a relationship-based fandom business all about? It's about keeping fans engaged and interacting with you. As an owner with a fandom, sharing your schedule with your fans is a good strategy to keep them informed, curious, and excited.

Have you ever shared your calendar with someone?
Communicating your plans with people shows that you care about them. When you give your fans access to your calendar, you make them part of the process and treat them as partners. You can also use your calendar in many other ways, such as for content release dates, product launch announcements, ticket or membership previews, and anniversary registrations.

You can easily upload announcements related to your content, community, and commerce to your Schedule.
Just one b.stage is enough for everything you need for your fandom business.

Why b.stage Schedule?
The schedule is an important part of your official fan platform. Fans may be able to get event announcements from media outlets or other sources, but your official platform serves as the only source of reliable information. Adding an event to your b.stage is an easy way to get your fans to visit your platform more often. In other words, it’s a simple move with great impact. That’s because a star's calendar is something that most fans are curious about, and it's the content that keeps them coming back.

You can add events to your b.stage Schedule and connect them with related URLs. As a web-based solution, b.stage has a unique URL for each page. When you add an event to your b.stage, you can add links to content, star stories, communities, surveys, and products in the SHOP. Fans can see everything you are up to on your b.stage, and you can create a single path for fans to participate in activities.

Introducing b.stage Schedule

■ The benefits of b.stage Schedule for owners
01 Keep your fans coming back for more
Whenever you have new events or product releases coming up, add them to your schedule. With a simple and concise schedule announcement, you can maximize fan visits.

02 Prevent fans from leaving
With the b.stage Schedule, you can bring together the events that fans used to have to look for on other platforms. Since they can check your calendar and updates to your content, community, and SHOP from within b.stage, they can see everything you are doing in one place—keeping them from leaving.

03 Your business stakeholders can easily refer to the main event on b.stage
Announcing your official events and happenings in your Schedule may be helpful to fans, but also to your business stakeholders. It’s all on b.stage!

04 You can choose to make your Schedule public or private depending on how active you are
List your Schedule for your fans and make it public at once. If you haven't had any activities in a while, you can also make it private.

■ The benefits of b.stage Schedule for fans
01 Fans can check the schedule for each star account (member) separately
On b.stage, you can create a “star account” separate from the admin or owner account.
Does your group have multiple members that fans love? They might do everything together, or there may be times where they have separate events. If the latter, the b.stage Schedule allows every member in your group to list their activities separately, so fans can keep track of what their favorites are up to.

02 Fans can use filters to find specific events
What kind of activities does each star plan to do every day or every month? There could be broadcasts, performances, game schedules, and fan meetings, among other things. If the owner uses [Label Settings], fans can filter out the events by category.

03 Global fans can see the date and time according to their time zones
Fandom goes beyond borders. If you are an overseas b.stage owner, the start time of events in your Schedule will be displayed according to the time zone of your fans' browsers. That means they don't have to spend time calculating time differences after viewing your Schedule.

04 No need for fans to visit external sites
If your fans have been visiting several fan communities just to see what you are up to, they can now see your entire calendar easily from within your b.stage.

So, how can you use the Schedule feature in b.stage?

■ Here’s how!
Case 1

“I'm making a comeback in March. I want to let my fans know I will be on a music show and that I will be accepting applications from fans who want to participate in the show. I will put it on my Schedule and use the schedule link to accept applications from fans!”

Case 2

“The LoL Champions Korea (LCK) has started. We want to share the days and times of our team's major matches so that our fans can watch, since their support means a lot to your players.”

Case 3

“We have released some important content on our OTT service and wanted to make sure our fans didn't miss out on the program releases, events, and highlights we have in store for them. We shared our content calendar in advance and linked URLs to make it easy for fans to engage with our events.”

Case 4

“I am creating member-exclusive merchandise. I want to upload it to the Schedule before the sale date so I can promote the merchandise and the membership at the same time!”

Case 5

“I run a K-Pop-related online media organization. I'm using the Schedule feature as an extension of my K-pop artist information site by registering artists' birthdays, comeback dates, and major music events.”

How to get started with b.stage Schedule

■  Here's how easy it is to add a schedule to your b.stage!
STEP1. From the admin screen, go to [MY STAGE] - [SCHEDULE] - [Add Event] or add events from each individual date on the calendar.
STEP2. Fill in each field in the form and click [Register] to complete the event registration.
You can introduce the event in different languages, and you can release event dates based on their time zones.
- Title (required): Tell your fans about the event briefly with the title.
- Date (required): The start time of the event is displayed based on the fan's browser time zone.
- Label: You can categorize your event with up to ten labels and adjust the order in which they appear. Labels serve the purpose of event categorization, so even if you delete them, you can still see them on your Schedule.
- Connected URL: Enter a URL address to take fans to a related page. Fans will be directed to that URL with the "go to linked page" button. Use the Schedule to link to your b.stage CONTENT or SHOP page.
- Choose Star(s): If the event only applies to one or more members, you can select them here.
- Main Text: Briefly describe what the event is about.

STEP3. Switch your Schedule from private to public.

STEP4. Publish your Schedule!
Hit the [View] button to see how the Schedule appears to fans!
