Introducing b.stage POP
- Stars can switch between chat and live streaming modes as they please.
- Fans can buy POP Access Vouchers to participate in b.stage POPs with their favorite stars.
- After the b.stage POP ends, the content is available on demand.
Quick tutorial: How to use b.stage POP
STEP1. Set up the admin page
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Set the Star Account to 'Public' by navigating to [Content] > [Manage POPs] to enable the POP feature for individual stars.
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Register the POP Access Voucher under [Product] - [Digital Vouchers and Tickets] to allow fans to enter the POP.
STEP2. Start live POPs from the b.stage app
Owner - Star | Open the app, and click on the POP icon in the top right corner of your b.stage home to start a POP.
Fan | Open the app, and click on the POP icon in the top-right corner of the b.stage home, or click on push notifications while the live session is ongoing to join the POP.STEP3. Communicate in real time

STEP4. Monitoring
Owner - Star | When you're done, simply close the POP.
Fan | Access the content on demand after the POP has ended. There is no time limit for chat POPs, but video content from live streams will expire after 48 hours.

Keep in mind
- b.stage POP is an app-only feature, available from versions v.8.6.0 (Android) and v.8.6.0 (iOS).
- Only Star accounts can start POPs.
- On-demand video replays are only available for 48 hours after the POP ends.
- b.stage POP is a paid feature that is only available for owners on the Plus plan. To use this feature, please upgrade your plan and await detailed instructions from your manager.
