Enhance fan engagement with ASK, the latest b.stage POP feature

We all have burning questions for the stars we admire, ranging from their big plans for the year to the sources of their inspiration, and even down to what they had for lunch today. To bridge this gap between fans and stars, we're excited to introduce the ASK feature in b.stage POP.
This real-time communication feature allows fans to directly pose their questions—no matter how big or small—to their favorite stars. After all, asking something is more than just a question, it's an expression of genuine interest. So don't hesitate, and ask away!

Introducing the new update

ASK is a fun and interactive way for fans and stars to communicate during b.stage POPs, just like exchanging messages through Post-it notes.
Fans can submit questions during a certain period of time set by the star, and the star can choose which question to answer.
Questions from fans can be shared, turning the ASK feature itself into potential content or even a meme.

Quick tutorial:
STEP1. Start a real-time b.stage POP in the app

Owner-Star | In the app, tap the POP icon located at the top-right corner of your b.stage Home to start a b.stage POP session. The ASK feature is compatible with both the Chat and Live versions of b.stage POP, so choose between either one.
Fan | In the app, tap the POP icon located at the top-right corner of your b.stage Home to discover ongoing b.stage POPs, or enable push notifications for updates. To engage in real-time interactions, simply subscribe to your favorite stars.

STEP2. Start an ASK during the b.stage POP

Owner-Star | Click on (+), choose ASK, and then configure the thumbnail, title, how long you’ll receive questions, and other settings.

Thumbnail (optional): Choose an image.
Title (required): Write a title.
Receive for ___ (required): This is the amount of time you'll be accepting questions. You can choose between 5 and 30 minutes.

Fan | When a star starts an ASK, you'll get a notification to send them a question.

STEP3. Answering the ASK

Fan | Ask anything you want! You can submit a question as soon as the ASK goes live.
Owner-Star | Tap the ASK icon to view questions from your fans, and choose one to answer.

When a star responds, the answer appears alongside the original question on both the fan's and the star's app screens, just like a Post-it note.
It becomes another form of content, fostering conversations between stars and fans, as well as among fans themselves.

Hold on! Can a coworker or a team member also participate in an ASK session, in addition to the "star" who initiated the POP?
Absolutely! Feel free to use ASK just like any fan would. It's exciting to witness the interaction among members, so if you notice a member hosting an ASK session during a POP, make sure to join in.

STEP4. Monitoring

Owner - Administrator/Operator | From the admin page, you can monitor incoming questions and answers to an ongoing ASK session in real-time, and even after the POP has ended.

What has improved?

It makes it easier for the star to communicate in real time with fans.
Fans can expect a more active response from the star compared to the regular chat POPs/live POPs.
It helps foster meaningful communication and deeper relationships between stars and fans.
The questions and answers can become content that gets fans excited.

Keep in mind

b.stage POP is an app-only feature, available from versions v.9.3.1 (Android) and v.9.3.1 (iOS).
The ASK feature works in both Chat POPs and Live POPs.
It's possible to share just the question or both the question and answer, depending on what you prefer.
It’s not possible to have two ASK sessions running at the same time—you must finish the first one before starting another.
