Introducing 1:1 TALK on b.stage POP
- Fans can purchase POP Only Vouchers to chat with their favorite stars in real-time, live, text chat, and private messages.
- Fans can feel like they're talking to the star on a personal level.
- Fans can communicate by exchanging texts and emoticons, and stars initiating a 1:1 TALK can engage further by sending photos to their fans.
- Within the integrated communication tools of b.stage POP, a star can easily transition from a 1:1 TALK to a Live POP/Chat POP.
Quick tutorial: How to use 1:1 TALK
STEP1. Set up 1:1 TALK from the admin page
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Enable individual star accounts to use POP by navigating to [Content] - [Manage POP].
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Select "POP + TALK" as the POP setting for the star account to use 1:1 TALK.
Owner - Administrator/Operator | Additionally, you should register a "POP Only Voucher" under [Product] - [Digital Vouchers/Tickets] so that fans can enter the POP.
STEP2. Start using 1:1 TALK in the b.stage app

Owner - Star | In the app, click on the POP icon in the top right corner of your b.stage home, enter your account, and start a 1:1 TALK. Fans can join the conversation at any time after you send the initial message.
Fan | In the app, you can enter a b.stage POP from the POP icon in the top-right corner of the b.stage home and tap on a subscribed star to join a 1:1 TALK.

Owner - Star | Start a 1:1 TALK with a fan who subscribes to you. Call them by name and chat with them like you would with a friend. Only you can see your fans' replies.
Fan | With a POP Subscription Voucher, you can subscribe to your favorite stars to engage in 1:1 TALK. When a star initiates a TALK, fans have the chance to actively participate. For each message a star sends, fans can reply with up to 7 messages.
Simply put, this feature bridges stars and fans, enabling you to interact as you would in a typical chat.
STEP4. (Optional) Switch from 1:1 TALK to Live POP/Chat POP
Fan | With a POP Subscription Voucher, you can subscribe to your favorite stars to engage in 1:1 TALK. When a star initiates a TALK, fans have the chance to actively participate. For each message a star sends, fans can reply with up to 7 messages.
Simply put, this feature bridges stars and fans, enabling you to interact as you would in a typical chat.

Owner - Star | Click on (+) to start a POP. You can also switch to Live POP (video) / Chat POP (1:N chat) during a 1:1 TALK.

- This is an app-only feature, available starting with b.stage v.10.0.0 (Android) and v.10.0.0 (iOS).
- With 1:1 TALK, when a star sends a single message, fans can reply with up to seven messages.
